I sometimes drive past here when I travel between Pmb and the south coast, it’s nice to see development that’s been happening over the years. I recently moved back to KZN and I’m so glad I did. My next step is to buy some land and build a house. It’s so much more peaceful here
When I did get notification of your video after 12h00, I though my RU-vid was malfunctioning. Sis Velile, I think that traditional leaders must work with local municipalities on issues of town planning. The demand for land for housing in rural areas has grown significantly. I believe that the is a need for a well planned space for houses, amenities and infrastructure, as well as space for farming and business. Rural areas have potential to solve some of the socio-economic challenges in the country. Beautiful houses in that village.
I agree with you Jabulani. The demand is growing. I know there is a plan in place and the municipalities meet with tribal authority on a regular basis. I hope they put more effort in implementing these plans. 🙏🏾❤️
