Also I am suffering from cutanés mast cell syndrome and my neck and décolère and shoulder area is inflamated and gets thick like a turtles house loosing all elasticity 😢I tried to continue the massages I privilege those with lymphatic draining and it really helps at least against the swelling . This one is fabulous thank you ❤
This woman is amazing. Her exercises work! Finding her is like an answer to prayer. I wanna look better but plastic surgery is not an option at this time. However for now, face yoga is my new love. Make sure you take before and after photos. That alone will serve as an excellent motivator.

Congratulations on your bundle of joy😊. I love your videos. I follow the main where all of them are about your your neck and all of that and the different massages and things like that. My situation is very very difficult. My neck looks 10 times tighter than a prune. I am 66 years old. I have lost weight, about 60 or 70 pounds and losing more and I just don’t see right now. Everything that I’m doing that you’re showing us helping me because my wrinkles are so deep in my neck. I have a big scar and looks like a pork chop that I’ve had since I was 14 and I figured that that has a lot to do with the wrinkles, I’m a black American Indian. I’m from Oklahoma and I so desperately want to get rid of these wrinkles. I will continue to do the exercises that you show but if you see my skin, my neck and my face and my jaws drooping it’s just really, really horrible. I’m ready to, go to the fabric shop to find then to put around my neck because I look so bad and I’m wearing sunglasses because of the folds that are so deep in my face. I’m loyal to you and your channel. I see more channels that you know advertise different things you can use I probably spent $3000 ondifferent equipment and and things like that now I know what you use as far as applying things on your face.
