It's easy to convince a poor man to sell drugs for fast money and women, but try convincing them to get their education. Try teaching them to turn their legitimate ideas into success and build up thr communities. Try convincing the gangstas to out the guns down and pick up books and businesses. Try convincing killers to transform their lives and let go of drug, gang, and ALL of hood culture. He would lead black people to true independence and take a foothold of power in the world.
Legal or not, this man was a hell of a boss....some people with Ivy league degrees don't have the qualities Meech had....he knew how to manage a large organization and keep everybody happy and working hard....not an easy thing to do in the corporate world.

Big Meech should have made a guest appearance on the TV show "Beyond Scared Straight" to talk to young people and some of the posters on this board, the regrets and errors of his life. The ratings of the show would have gone through the roof.

Meech was a good leader. I'm surprised was able to keep all those healthy egos inline while letting them be themselves. As far I can Google there was no fallout over jealousy except an argument between the 2 brothers. Also something about phones. But it's obvious nothing like that will ever happen again
