No. Panchkula & Gurugram are not seen negative. But if a University is not recruiting from Haryana, they wont accept ur profile if address on your passport is of Haryana.

@@armanmalikkk currently , bhai boht mushkil hai IT mai pr , kuki at the end course complete hone k bad job he ni mile gi company mai,due to recession in IT and language issues, skills issues . pr to boht dur ki bat hai , or dobara student visa b bnd kr dia hai tr k bad, so vaha jake trade course lelo vo better hai ya fer country change krlo.
