This is sad, he undoubtedly has severe sleep apnea because of his weight that prevents him from getting good quality sleep and leaves him incredibly sleep deprived and he can't even stay awake through the day.

Personally as a Scot's man i dont discriminate, i make jokes about all colours, all cultures and take the piss out of myself. If its all said with good intentions there's no problem, it's when things are said to try and hurt those individuals, that's the problem, otherwise it's all love
I'm Scottish and I've found the key to understanding everyone, is just take a moment and let their tones roll over you like an Ocean then, after a moment or two you pick up their frequency and you can understand them just fine, if you try to understand them from the start it's, much harder, better to let them speak a little bit first, before you try figure out what they are saying.
