I understand the off-field issues, but tyreek has been one of the best leaders brought into the building in a long time. For a franchise that has usually spent big on mercenaries getting on-field and in-house leader like tyreek and terron has been a revelation.
For me the problem is that he is great on the field, but he drop to many important ball, he is your 1 WR, he need to do better in the type of game like Kansas
@@patriciaalvareztostado8170 you’re right to hold him accountable for that. At the same time show me a great receiver that never dropped a ball or had bad games. You have to be a better team so you don’t put yourself in the position to be so reliant on one weapon. And McD and Tua need to spread the ball and get everyone else’s confidence up.

You were wrong on dolphins having more leverage on the tua deal. Tua has a huge deal. You are wrong on tyreek. Tua like hill, he like tua as his qb and is having the best years of his carrier. The dolphins pays hill and maintain the tua tyreek combination. It works. So O you dont know everything. Be humble.
I agree Tyreek may turn out like X, tho not physically, look how well the front office handled X's 18 million dead cap hit. They made the right decision.

Looking at the new contract, it made him a 2026 June first target instead of a 2025 June first target. It surprised me that they touched the contract at all but all it really is is a one year change. Sort of like the Tua contract, it is really just a one year extension. Hill's contract needed to include a "don't break nobody's bones" clause.
I can understand having questions because there have been some off field issues. But aside from him being a good player, and the Phins being close to contention, I believe another big reason the Phins restructured Reek’s deal because they believe having him in their locker room around Mike McDaniel, Tua, Waddle, Armstead, Ramsey and others can help him process things differently and eliminate the distractions that have taken place off the field. As a fan of Reek I’m glad his deal got restructured, and hope he will make wise choices moving forward to remain in Miami for many more years.
Jesus Tyreek has averaged over 1700 yards the past two seasons and was just voted as the number one player in the NFL by his peers. And who cares if he knocks up multiple women. Why the hell wouldn’t you lock him up.

@@joseph-dg1hg that’s true but I think they have like 8 or 9 picks this year tho. Plus there hasn’t been any slippage with Tyreek game yet. Plus having a game changing weapon on offense for a few more years is a blessing
