Thanks Sean! I like to fish this one on a floating line and 7 to 9' leader tapering to no less than 10 lb. I work it around the lily pads, brush piles and weed beds with a strip retrieve in long slow strips. Often they'll explode on the fly during the pause when the fly is dropping. As weedless as it is, I'll often retrieve the BOBW over the tops of lily pads, letting it drop into the open water gaps along the way. This has been really effective. Tight lines!

Looks both easy to tie and durable-a great bass combo. Look forward to trying it.

Hi Scott - nice tie ! I have a question : I tied one of these a few years ago and after fishing for a short while the chenille unfurled - leaving behind a loop. Needless to say, I caught no fish on it. Any tips on keeping the chenille wound together ? Thanks ! \ Brian :-)

A little constructive advise, not criticism. I like your style; you have good hands. However, since photography is light, your video setup needs improvement. More so, wearing light colored shirt

Not to be over critical but the video was terrible. Stick with one camera that is just the fly in the vice. The over head view waa the worst!
