I love this fucking videos, this guys are so down to earth, thanks for sharing all this meal plans from real pros, not 100 pound guys on youtube trying to sell something.
This videos are very helpful especially for a guy like me coming up in this sport. Keep it up this shows that this company is more than just a supplement company.
+Animal At least you guys here at animal will be honest and say you cannot outsupplement a bad diet. These videos are a great tool, and shows good food should always be invested in. Like Josue said, Animal is definitely showing they are more than just a supplement company and actually care about the consumer. Well done fellas.
7lbs/3,15kg of sirloin beef costs about 45€/50$ on its own, fuck austria... oh I tried to track all this and came to 4.351 calories split into 195g fats 325g carbs 297g protein
this is perfect for an ectomorph with a fast metabolism. i really like the idea of drinking whole milk throughout the whole day so your always getting calories in and it'll be easier to get in a surplus. thanks animal
The "Big on a Budget" series is awesome! Great videos, great athletes and very useful! Any chance you guys could do a video for a cutting diet? That would be great!
When I want to gain I'm using this recipe! I don't have a problem gaining or losing so this should be alot of fun! :) Thanks Roman and Animal for providing me with alot of ideas now!
The man who was inspired to start this series has 1 beer ooops, protein shake from me ! :) Very nice job, your attitude (Animal in general) differs from other brands and thats what I like, keep the good job up.
Idk if you already have one made, but I would like to see a day in the life of Dang Green or just what he gets at the grocery store. He is a monster, I love seeing him in video's.
I've seen Roman Fritz in 2013 on stage in Berlin when he was having a guest appearance. He's simply huge. And the funny thing is that I'm sometimes grocery shopping at Marrazzo's since I'm in Ewing right now :D
All of the Animal athletes are really inspiring, but Rex is definitely my favorite. He definitely embodies the straight and honest Animal lifestyle, and it's nice to know that he was once skinny like me. Super inspiring, thanks Animal and Roman!
In my opinion, you could save some of the protein from meat and buy some more rice. Money saved, or more calories for the same budget. Nevertheless, it's a damn good episode. Roman is awesome
Shane D being in a caloric surplus is needed to grow, the abundance of calories will be put on as fat and muscle, it doesnt matter if its protein, fat or carbs. If youre weighing 70 kgs then eating 240 grams of protein pr day doesnt help unless youre in a caloric surplus. An easy and cheap way to achieve a surplus is carbs, and rice and oats are cheap high carb foods.
Shane D I agree, its called bulking. My point was just, that a normal person weighing 70 kgs doesnt need 240 grams of protein pr day, 160 could probably do it. But when you weigh 110 kg's and on juice, then 240 grams of protein/day probably wouldnt be enough.
Shane D Were all different, i like the 500 calorie surplus (fast bulk). I just switched from a slow bulk to that, a few weeks ago, and my strength has only increased since. More than 500 calories surplus doesn't do anything extra imo. Except for the mood ;) Hope you have a nice day Shane!
Heinidk why lol that one bag of rice will last you quite a while those red meats will give you the calories and protein to gain mass rice is actually not that high in calories
animal is the only supplement company ill ever buy shit from, there amazing with customers, make videos like these cause they care for us and there protein isn't bull shut.
good video,at least he put some effort into it where as some other bodybuilders videos looks like they could be arsed and want to go home. I'm going to follow this guy more as he seems to care..
Can we have a Animal roadtrip or a DVD with all your bodybuilders hanging out together? I would pay good money to see that! Roman, Jason, and Frank all together having fun, please!
i pretty much have the same diet except with 2-3 precooked rotisserie chicken, a bag each of some spinach & white potatoes. also some tomato salsa for some taste on your dish. cook with olive oil & your pretty much set on your macro nutrients.
It's good to see you can get food at a decent price for a pro on a bulk. Good stuff! I'm just wondering what he might have gotten if he did not strike gold with the offer on those burgers!
Hey Animal, Would yall consider making Animal Snapback hats? I know i would personally enjoy it, and I know many others would as well. Not to mention the expansion of your product line. As a college student and lifter, I can tell you that almost all my gym buddies wear snapbacks. There's the occasional flexfit guys but not that many in my experiences.
whole milk is around a density of 1.03 so the weight of 100 ml would be around 103 grams. 0.1 liters = 100 ml. Since each ml of water weights 1 g, 0.1 liters of water = 100 grams. As well, "kilo" means "thousand". So 1 kilogram (kg) = 1000 grams
You're so right Roman. We don't Even have half the options of preparing our meals. Thats an amazing Fact about the USA. And its cheaper in the States...
And people still complain and cant get jacked. .....its cuz theyre not willing to eat like this they expect eating 4 to 6 meals a day and each meal has to be perfect and delicious maybe have a more tasty dinner but the other meals are just there so you can grow 50 bucks a week on groceries?? Thats fucking good budgeting right there
Man my stomach doesn't do well on milk, I would be bustin' farts like crazy on half a gallon of milk a day haha. Really like this series though, gives you some nice pointers what to look out for when doing your shopping. Great work Animal, thanks for this!
Microwave 6-8oz of water per scoop So if its 1 then 6-8 If its 2 then 12-16 etc So microwave water for 1-2 minutes then throw in the oats and whey and shake and drink
