I think everyone loves Phil because he’s the person that encompasses everything we are after. Fun loving, calm, kind, and genuine, he is exactly what I think most of us look for in a friend, golf partner, T ourselves, that’s what makes Randy the best.
It's been an epic day. First, Volume 22 came in the mail and then I saw this interview of my favourite member of the No Laying Up Crew. I think of Phil as being the "Everyman" golfer because of his putting struggles and other issues on the course. Bill "Skywalker" Walker, the author of numerous books about hiring the Appalachian and Pacific Crest trails also wrote a book called "Tell Stories" that touches on what it like being very tall. Walker is 6'10.
How do they make decent money? They don't monetize RU-vid. They sell some apparel and have a few sponsors but it doesn't add up to support 7 employees. They have the Nest. I wonder if they have some other financial backer.
