Great vid, not many trucks like these over here in Europe, mostly just single rear axle COE trucks. On another note; does anyone know the model or model range of the little IH tractor in the back with the scraper? Looks like a 806 or 1206 but smaller?
Europe has different weight regulations on public roads. Secondly, in Europe your roads are a lot “tighter” so you guys need cabover engines to turn tighter. Cabovers are mostly gone in america. Once in a great while you’ll see a owner operator run one. But that once every couple months.
Absolutely, plenty of them I would think. There are a couple pulling organizations in that area. Outlaw (OTTPA), Nebraska Bush Pullers, Mid Missouri Tractor Pullers, Missouri State Tractor Pullers and others I am sure
i know Im asking the wrong place but does any of you know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account?? I somehow forgot the login password. I would love any assistance you can give me
@Ruben Camdyn thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
The first pull is a test pull, to see if the sled is set too heavy or too light. When they reset it they set it lighter or heavier depending on the first pull. The puller then gets the choice to make another pull right away or to be dropped to the last pull.
Sled was determined to be too light. The added weight and restarted class. The 1st puller/puller that they reset the sled on has the option to come right back and pull, drop 6 positions and repull or drop to last and repull.
I've never built a comp truck but given what I do know about Mach I'd guess it's harder to rebuild quickly during competition number 1, and second would be the expensive process of modifying one. Damn near everything would be custom parts designed and assembled in house. Even with the right tools it might just be too hard to design parts that perfectly fit the rest of the build and tuned into it well.
In line sizes are way less complicated and just stronger, structurally. Plus inlines make more torque naturally than equivalent V8's. Also,a lot more inlines laying around than V8's,you know availability.
Those officials move so slow that you would have to drive a stake beside of them to tell if they are moving. I mean really, they look like escapees from a retirement home, and some of them don`t seem to know where they are half the time. Maybe the series management should get some younger guys or better yet, some scantily covered young women officials for these pulls.
