I got a 33" king from shore on my 5' trout rod with 4lb test this year while rainbow fising...in the river, in the current lol Oh, and landed it by hand! Maybe I'll go out later today, supposed to be nice weather.

You didn't happen to see my lures stuck in the rocks down there I think I lost 30$ in spinners last week.

Great video as always! I bought 5 sting eyes a couple weeks ago, tried them out and loved them so I bought 5 more in different colours last night, even got one for a friend. I’ll hopefully be at Niagara this weekend, maybe I’ll see you there once! Tight lines!

I fish the other side of that river frequently, and have always struggled to get my spinner down into the strike zone. Just ordered 5 of these stinger eye spinners. Hoping they bring some steelhead strikes!

Hello IVO . . . Nice new fishing reel and rod also what a great reward to catch that huge salmon - that will always be in the back of your mind the day you used your new reel and rod . Your not going to believe this when I tell you but October 13 is also my Birthday so congratulations to your wife ! Hope after that first salmon you landed a few more to make your day .

ive always wanted a fishing buddy maybe we can fish sometime theres a great creek 2 mins from my house 18 mile creek hobuck flats ive caught some nice brown and steelhead there maybe we can fish together some time.
