It’s like injecting used car salesman into my veins (in a good way). An early congrats on 7k subs as well, each and every one deserved for such banger tracks!

idk what it is, but something about the percussion paired with the instrumentation makes this slap extra hard. i can't even find the words to describe it, you did SO good on this, my friend!
The main reason why I wanted to do this remaster was because I felt the percussion and bass in my older versions sounded flat. I spent days trying to get the drums and bass alone to really POP and feel crunchy, so I'm very happy to hear that this one's finally reached that level of intensity. Thank you :)

@@dance_of_dog Thank you! Getting drums to hit harder has been one of my main goals for my remastered covers. It's a pain in the ass and takes time to get it right, but a good practice is to try and tweak the EQ of the kick drums and bass - so that the low frequencies compliment each other, instead of drowning each other out and sounding muddy. Also, for more intense tracks like BIG SHOT and MEGALOVANIA, I like to layer extra FL kick and snare samples over the main drums - just to give the percussion that extra OOMPH (however they should be somewhat quieter so that they don't outshine the main drums). Finally, the obvious: you can add a little compression onto the drums so that they pop just a tad more. Hope this helps! Your covers are amazing, you'll find that with each one you'll only improve further as you learn more tricks and techniques :)

No one, I repeat NO ONE COULD REPEAT THIS. All the other tracks are absolutely shitty crap or some remixes that can only be listened to by TRUE ONDERTHAL FANS and even the most popular remixers can't do something truly incredible. Even NIX, and especially Nick Nitro, never liked his remixes. Like, if you compare the number of good remixes in percentages, then Nix: 13% of all content Nick: 2% of all content BUT YOU DO JUST INCREDIBLE REMIXES AND YOU MAY NOT BE THE BEST "REMIXER" BUT YOU ARE DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST Risty: 87%-93% of all content. Yes, it's subjective, but I've always seen negative comments in the comments. But I haven't seen a SINGLE NON-POSITIVE COMMENT under your videos. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you all this. And it really hurts me that these beautiful arrangements come out so rarely. I would like to talk to you in person, but I'm probably too annoying.
