Theory: Spamton NEO was created from the discarded parts for Mettaton NEO as Mettaton would have never had a physical body in Deltarune. And since Spamton lives in the garbage, he would have come across it and built it into his new body and be able to use the functions Mettaton NEO refused to use in the Undertale fight.

So there is 3 songs used in the original song that I can along with Spamton battle theme. Those are The World is Revolving, Power Of Neo (hence Spamton Neo) and I'm pretty sure the last one is Dummy from Undertale like Power Of Neo.
