Hi folks. In conditions like that, with the snow etc, I always reckon that a tiny house, or even a caravan, are great with a real fire, and and there's a certain something, watching the smoke coming out too. Beats diesel or gas heating, every time for cosiness. Btw, the best snow for igloos here in Nz, is compacted snow. As found in shallow drains, or water courses. I just came across your channel - I follow the Leopards as well. We have a motorhome, not full time but we are on the road a lot! We've done the South Island four times but never in snow. I love what you are doing with your family, we have grandsons and try to do as much with them as we can. Making memories is the best. Anyway, great videos and I can't wait for a full tiny house tour!!

A few years back we thought we had done our water pump at Twizel but luckily it only blew the fuse. Beautiful part of the country at any time of the year.
Hi. Looks cold out here. What make is your wood burner? Does it have a wet-back, or is the stainless steel water tank just attached to the side of it to transfer heat into it? Thanks
Hi I built the fireplace but used a firebox I already had. The water jacket has a copper pipe from the bottom to top which is between the fireplace and water jacket to allow circulation as it heats up. Thanks for watching!
