And I want to say, their was a lot of Wars and new beefs that kicked off right before the Riots, so once the Police broke up most of the Peace Events and Enemy sets didn't get time to get fulling acquainted with eachother, shit gradually went back to Pre-Riot conditions. Watts had Politicians & organizations supporting them with programs, resources & finances long into 1993 and beyond... Westside didn't have none off that. Watts is considered the true Ghetto of L.A and gets extras attention when it comes to poverty programs dating back to the Watts Riots of 1965.
