Sting Rays venom is located in the spines of their tails. If you noticed, the boy cut the wings, salted it and cleaned it very well with clean water, cut it, boiled it. Herbs, garlic, ginger and other spices were added. I noticed that he always had a clean cooking pan(wok) to cook in. He cleaned his vegetables well. It’s a good lesson in cooking that certain sea creatures are edible if you do the preparation and cooking correctly. I’m so impressed with how young this boy is and how he was taught how to cook well.❤
