I’m getting ready to buy my first adventure/ dual sport bike and I’m looking for local places to go explore. I live just over the mountain from Big Sur and I wish the road going through the base was open. Definitely going to look at these spots.
Thanks for watching! Ive always wanted to go through the base myself to complete a loop from the coast back to the bay area but I could never find a path through there.
Will Creek Rd to Burros Spur Rd. The turn off is just after San Martin Rock. If you get to Gorda, you have missed the turn. Once you are at the top of Will Creek, there are different options to explore. , and theoretically you could loop back on South Coast Ridge Rd to the freeway. That was still closed when I was there but would be an awesome ride I am sure.
