We may have found the Chopes of the Caribbean Sea! I've been visiting this island for awhile & this particular spot for two years now trying to see it at it's best. I've had the honor of sending it over the ledge a few years back, but it didn't end with any victorious results so here we are again trying to find the dream on the Isle of Gravy. @@skinrat81374 lots of people come from Hawaii with much less than gravy that want to take a shot at being the champ. Lots of kids grow up on the North Shore that will never be accomplished surfers, gravy never came from a single-parent household. Ben has his own accomplishments that he will claim.... still, to compare him to the Florence Brothers is a joke. Everybody wants to congratulate Ben for coming through so much, so what... Lots of people have overcome and enjoy sobriety and a successful life. Ben is a novelty the Florence brothers are the real deal

You have to check Ilha dos Lobos wave in Brazil. Its unbelievable huge, massive, its definitetly our chopes. Unfortunately its access is forbidden, cause of the sea lion that uses the island to rest (the island itsfelf are just some rocks)

Remember that Commercial in the 80’s..The One with 4 Chics and 3 Dudes jumping out of a Suzuki Samaria 4x4(The “Beep/Beep-HI!” Car)..
