Carlos plays with anything he has in his hands. I think it's cute he might have ADD and OCD because it's like he sees a cat and the ADD part of him is like "I WANT TO PET THE KITTY!" and the OCD part is like "I GOTTA CLEAN THE KITTY!" lol ^_^ I don't know if he really has ADD for a fact though.
