Another really nice SGC grading submission back in just a few weeks! Big fan of this submission, especially all the gem mint or better 2021 rookie autos from football. I'll be interested to see how the autos of the guys like Trey Lance, Zach Wilson & Justin Fields do, being some of their first cards graded most likely! Thanks for the SGC video. I have a SGC Durant Starquest...same color and it is labeled copper as well. Actually love that color on the card...looks orange but I guess copper it is.

I wonder if in a few months we'll start to see SGC, HGA and CSG popping because barely any of the newer stuff will go to PSA so if you want a slab, you have to go with someone else.

Thanks for the video. Always happy to see new content. This one was well timed for me tho. I was thinking about making my first ever submission to a grading service. I had heard some good things about sgc heard a few ppl say they were a more strict grading service than psa as of late as well. I have some low to mid range value cards and as it’s my first sub I didn’t want to chance paying a huge sum while learning. Anyways long winded… if u find out anything on the 3 grade please make a follow up video. Got me curious! Thanks again for the great content!

how do you decide what cards to send? sgc doesnt have much value,as a Psa or Bckt. beautiful cards,its hard to see the ROI??? whats your thought process on pricing and choosing cards? thanks you, for what you do. especially for the kids. keep the hobby alive

He explains a little in the beginning. Mostly lower tier cards that offer something for collectors looking to buy. A lot of base rookies. Metal I'm sure how if its expensive. Draft pick collections? that are fairly cheap to rip, and cheap to grade. You can grade some nicer stuff just have to be careful with insurance and resell value. If you truly have something nice then its worth sending it in to PSA/BGS. I sent in like $20-30 raw Select cards. Like he said can easily, can easily fetch in the $100++ range.

I think its interesting that you said the market decides the value of SGC slabs? But who is the market. You and others who have youtube channels are the ones who make the market. If you and a few others keep talking about how good SGC is and showcase them in more videos then the market will shift.

Interesting take. Not sure I have that kind of pull in the market. There are SGC cards that do really well and others that do really poorly. No matter how much I talk about PSA, SGC or BGS, someone has to want to buy the card in that holder for it to have staying power in the market. But I appreciate the comment. @@cardcollector2 i think you and some other people do. I look at it like buying Dogecoin. Everyone was buying it because of that one guy talk about it all the time. But as soon as he went on SNL and made fun of it the bottom dropped. Same with grading cards. If the people who have youtube channels talk about certain companies more then the market will shift. Thats just my opinion. I enjoy watching you and learning about the industry. I just got into. I have cards going back to when I was a kid in the 80s so I am learning how all of this works.

Haven't got into those much. Believe that kind of stuff may be interesting long term. Like if Logan Paul, Mr. Beast or other major RU-vid/Content creators had cards, I think people would want them. Not as familiar with the names in the set, but if they have fans they could definitely sell.
