Putting well-earned money into the stock market can be over emphasized for first-time investors, unlike a bank where interest is sure thing! Well, basically times are uncertain, the market is out of control, and banks are gradually failing. I am working on a ballpark estimate of $5M for retirement, and I have a good 6-figure loaded up for this, could there be any opportunity for a boomer like me? I'm nearly 60.
It's a good idea to seek advice at the moment, unless you're an expert yourself. As someone who runs a service business and sells products on eBay, I can tell you that the economy is struggling and many people are struggling financially.
Exactly why i enjoy my day to day market decisions being guided by a portfolio-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not outperform, been using a portfolio-coach Like ''Mark Stuart Jordan'' for over 2years+ and I've netted over $800k.
This guy only cherry picks things which have worked , he never gives a balanced view , this is the percentage of our success rate. Continuously misguiding the regular Joe by only discussing what works is quite sad . Thank goodness I listen to him predominantly for entertainment and the occasional useful info
The problem which I find and it disturbs me and stops me to invest in ETF is slow churn rate. Yes Bank lost almost 70 -80%before was kicked out of Nifty 50 . Similarly I've seen so many Companies were kicked out but after huge drawdowns, this always negatively impacts the returns also. Apart from this, there are always atleast half of Sensex or Nifty Companies which are either in downtrend or are consolidating due to which superior returns cannot be made. One can also find that once a new Company enters in Nifty or Sensex it immediately starts underperforming.
Jis bhi broker ka platform use karte hain waha Company ke bajay Sensex ETF likhiye. Many AMCs have Sensex ETF such as Nippon, Icici Pru, Aditya Birla etc.
