Makes me want to put my 507whp FoST on the road again and do some runs. It's full e85 g25-660, 2.3 stroker, keyed crank for both crank gear and balancer, piper stage 2 cams and springs, cpe 5.5 intercooler, tial waste gate and bov, rs front brakes, radium aux rail, xclutch 6 puck, built transmission with lsd on a very conservative tune. Just got to put it back together after oringing it.
fuel upgrades? clutch? nice runs...@1:15 that was a C8, not a C7 😅 that 25-660 is putting in work! My BNR71 with only RS injectors (2016 ST) is humbling a lot of high powered cars. I'm prob around 420-430whp as i sit, and have a lot more psi/power to go if i upgrade just my injectors (but I'm trying to keep my engine in one piece). What power do you think you're at on your set up? Some of those cars you have to be over 450whp to be pulling like that
I got a BNR71 sitting in the garage as well… I think I’m going to go with the XDI Evo Pump and RS Injectors to start out with. I don’t think I’ll push the stock block to Turbo & Intercooler (Treadstone TR8) limits anyway. I’ll be happy with low 400’s since it’s my daily driver. Currently running a Clutchmasters FX400. Seeing your setup perform the way it does and make the power on a Stock Block does give a load of confidence for sure 👊🏾 Your car is running damn good 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I got most of my parts from Graveyard Performance as well. 😁 BNR 3071 MAPerformance built 2.3 stroker 4 port Aux CPE 5" thickcore CVE hot and cold pipes HKS bov Depo 3" catless dp 3" RSR exhaust ACT Street clutch kit All the supporting go fast bits and pieces. I'm still using base map tune from PD Tuning to break in the piston rings. Once that's done, going to try and get her tuned to hopefully be around 450-470hp to max out this turbo.
@@tyler._.st1 I got brand new Continental DWS06 Plus all 4 corners this Summer in preparation. It rains a lot here where I'm at and they seem to be good wet weather tires.
Your Utah😮 so 91 octane on stock engine, and stock transmission pushing that power? How lol. Do you have list of mods? I also live in Utah and have 2018 ST
E50 90% of the time 91 is only to clean out the fuel system every now and then/if I’m driving it a lot without racing. Good tuner (Alan at edge auto sports) and maintenance. On my dyno vide the description has all the mods.
@@sphinxore4499not quite i can only get to 550 hp with direct injection only, aux can support 7-800 hp, I only chose it for simplicity purposes and because this is a smaller turbo that maxes out at 550
As good as a fwd open diff car can do lol (not good) I’m sure it could be pretty decent with prep but on the unprepped street it’s spinning until 60 so it’s pretty useless off a dig
@@tyler._.st1 Im actually very surprised with your setup/car. I personally have not seen many fast or built ST/RS in my area. But you got me interested in this setup now lol, I always liked the chassis just never heard much beyond the typical Downpipe/bolt on and tune
@@tgsn_ It catches a lot of people off guard, not too sound cocky lol but it’s probably one of, if not the fastest ST/RS in utah, but looks like it just has coilovers and wheels. Especially since it’s still direct injection only, most people only think to look for port injection when they look in the engine bay, and get surprised when we race haha. It’s also on a stock engine and transmission (besides clutch).
@@baxinst4102 It has 150,000 miles on the transmission and chassis, the original engine died from oil starvation (rookie mistake). This engine has 20k miles on it now and it's been running all 20k on this power.
@@tyler._.st1 I believe thats what the BNR71 is running with...the two turbos are very similar. Lost a little down low torque/power but man the power curve on the 660/71 just keep making power through redline, i love it!
@@tyler._.st1 heck yeah man thats the set up right there!! Im rooting for the st to go fast man! Next is rods and pistons then see what the turbo can do?
