Starmer is what the public voted for . Like it or not, this is what passes for a leader in UK...according to the UK voters. "public vote" is only ever an option at election time. Did UK have a referendum when they declared war on the Germans(twice)? On the Argentines? First of all , the UK requires somebody ....anybody, to find a leader... Currently, there are none to be found in any political party. Being a leader is a lot more than wearing a badge on your lapel which reads, "leader".

We have to support the Ukrainians. Mr Putin will not stop at Ukraine if he is not stopped. The Russians have lost too many lives and he cannot back down now. Sending British and French troops to train is not as bad has North Korean soldiers fighting for the Russians in Ukraine. We are only there training not fighting. This makes perfect sense to me.
