BIG UPSET! Day 11 Evening Highlights - 2023/24 Paddy Power World Darts Championship 

I think PDC deserve some credit for these highlights on YT, for those of us who don’t necessarily have the time to sit and watch both sessions, these are perfect and not too short !!

Rapid Rick and Pikachu did well.. Cool Hand really fought back.. that 164 from Gurney was the heartbreaker.. and Price vs Dolan - who saw that coming?

What a dart that was from Dolan 7:37. The second one made it so difficult because of how his darts sit in the board. Surprised the commentators didn't pick it up.

Ricky going out made me so sad. but it was great to see a piece of his old self

I didn't like the way Gurney won at all, he was wasting time on that stage taking longer to ruin Evan's rhythm, that's not sportsmanlike, just disrespectful if you ask me

Fair play to Dolan. Highly entertaining game but not of the highest quality, low eblugu averages, a lot of doubles missed by Price especially. Thrilled to see Dolan go through, hes a problem for anyone, but Price had an off game and Dolan punished him dearly for it.

I watched the Humphries match live, he did get better in the last sets, but "Pikachu" completely collapsed imo. Nerves I suppose... And no, I couldn't do better myself , I couldn't hit a dart board with that many people watching, idk how these guys can cope with that, especially when the crowd are against them 😰

Luke showed his class in that fight back, and often with these top players when they have a scrappy match they go on to hit tremendous form in the semis and final. Shame for Evans but that was a good game to watch.

Think humphries has used all 9 of his lives in this match as I've never seen him so flat and out of form

Fine work, Ricky. Gerwyn missed enough doubles to go home. Brendan had a hot night. Cool Hand showed his mettle. Petra kid can play. A fine tournament to view. I can’t play, loss of depth perception, but darn glad the tours are back. 👍🇺🇸👍

I cannot see Humphries getting past Cullen and then Chizzy/Gurney playing like that. Yes he done well to comeback from 1-3, but his opponent let him off the hook.

Dolan might have one of the strongest mental games on the stage, he doesn't have the raw scoring ability like some of the big names, but he's oh so consistent regardless of the pressure.

Shame Gerwyn went out but he was so up and down. We all grew up watching Taylor and he set a standard of 104 to 108 average every game. Even watching MVG he’s up and down.

Love the commentary “ he’s not meaning to miss” etc. How to make a simple game very complicated.
