Big Water Beatdown Thursday! 

I recently got the chance to do some guest coaching with the Keener Programme up on the Ottawa river. The Keener programme is by far the sickest summer camp for kids that want to learn how to become better all round kayakers, as well as learning other important life skills.
I was stoked to be able to join them on Thursday. Thursday is a legendary day within the Keener programme and I was blown away with how awesome the kids did. They overcame there fears and pushed themselves to drop into some huge waves on the Ottawa river and did a great job of setting safety and cheering each other on!
