My/our honest review of Piero beach resort:
* Resort is instagramable: Yes. BUT a lot of areas need to be maintained well. There are areas already that are deteriorating (considering they’re just more than 1 year only, i think) because they may have used wrong materials? Or materials not suited for the beach environment?
* when we entered our room, it really smelled sooo good! 👍🏽 BUT when I’m about to sleep, the comforter on my side of bed have a foul smell.
*AC is functioning well ✔️
* I hope there’s at least a small table & a couple of chairs in the room for light snacking or if guests like to eat lunch/dinner inside the room for room service.
* The tub for each cabana is a good & nice idea ✔️
* The water from the faucet is very salty ☹️ seem to be straight from the sea. it’s my 1st time to experience such salty water from the faucet in all resorts that I’ve been to.
Water supply was very weak when check out time was nearing.
* Resort staff are just ok. But there’s one staff who seem to be quite arrogant. There were 2-3 people chatting loudly while guests around. Parang nasa bahay lang ang peg ☹️ What if guests want some peace & quiet & they are noisy…
* Food is ordinary. Just okay.
* Their Coffee is instant and hot choco is Milo.
* I hope they will do something about their maintenance specially the wood flooring of the front of each cabana which added to the concept of their place. For their effort & idea to not go to waste. Para hindi sayang, di ba.
*Anyhow, our overall experience was good & ok. We enjoyed the beach even if we did not swim because of the waves! 🙂
Since this is a vacation, even a short one, just enjoy what you can and think positive always 🙂
