Honest question:do these channels really want a soulution or do they just want to report on stories to keep the sympathy but no resolution going?Why not spend time on either advocating for the elimination of the mines or urge these governments to provide safety measures,mechanical equipment and profits for the people?

I heard about this story over a decade ago. Those mines are unsafe and the toxins shorten the workers lifespans. Also, the government doesn't even control all of the mines. Warlords, thieves and corporations are stealing a lot of those resources.

They don’t care about that.

The word is out now and they have to answer for what they did. People see it. And it's wrong.
