I spoke with my best friend on the 10th February 2022 ,he mentioned that he might not live past February because all his life he fought this mental chronic illness (depression) .Little did i know ,on the 11thFebruary ,i received a call that he took his own life ,so this song just cuts deep so much that i cant even function ,thinking of how i lost a best friend who was more of a reflection of me .But i hope God shines his light upon everyone dealing with depression ,as well as those who lost their loved ones due to it .We gon' be alright .

Depression is a dark place to be @, it needs one to be vocal, ask for help, breakdown if you feel like, if you have a child/children let them be your pillar. the sudden loss of my mother put me straight on thoughts of life without her will be impossible . I was ready to take my life, but then I remembered my kids... how were they going to feel? the neglect from me. I then started getting help... I am not there yet but I am much better...

Rest in peace King RICKY. Last of last year I was so depressed to the extent that I tried taking my own life by hanging myself lucky enough my boyfriend saved me. When I was 14 I tried commuting suicide but again a certain lady decided to visit us and saved me. Depression is really its so sad that our friends and family when you tell them you are very depressed they take it as a joke or tell you to pray about it, Even now when we arguing with my boyfriend he always brings it into my face to his friends and say she tried killing herself. Thank God I overcome depression . Rest King rest.

I have no idea what this song is about but it just brings tears to my eye's, my baby brother committed suicide 💔 he was suffering from chronic depression but he never showed his pain he was happy around everyone but on the inside he was dying, he left a note saying that he is sorry for the mess he's leaving behind but his wish was to see his sister together again, of which he was referring to me because I'm in Dubai and everyone else is in SA, he loved me so much but I failed him, I wasn't there for him, little did I know he needed me, we made plans when I'm back in SA we'll start a little business he gave me hope he had hope but I guess at night he was fighting his own demons, a war with himself, I love you my baby brother, I miss you so so much, I should have never left SA, I failed you baby boy but rest easy baby 🕊 ❤
