For all the baby VIPs who don't understand symbolisms in the MV. Bae bae is indeed sexual but it also shows different phases of a person's life. I'll tell you about it in the same sequence as members appeared in the video. First, GD represents puberty, where this boy is curious about opposite sex. He is surrounded by so many females but they are all mannequins which shows he is interested in girls but he's too shy or he doesn't dare to talk to/approach them for real. The angel shows his innocence of being young/his spiritual side but he has this hidden side too. Taeyang represents the next stage a bit mature where he is so lonely in the beginning(alone on the horse) but finds his special one and is in love now. T.O.P's part is all about making love and of course having kids in other words getting married and having family. Daesung's part represents the phase of life where the person is satisfied with being with the love of his life and living happily with her. Seungri's part represents growing old together (both Ri and his partner has white hair). He is afraid to lose(melting flower) her but as you can see she disappeared and all the members fall slowly which means death. Now there is a Korean folk tale that an immortal rabbit pounds rice on the moon to make rice cake. So the lyrics our chemistry is like sticky rice cake(chapssalteok chapssalteok gunghabi uri uri gunghabi) represents the eternal love and togetherness even after death. They are enjoying their after life with their partners on moon. Also tear drop, burning windmill, their sad faces has deeper meaning as failed relationship or the hurt they received or mistakes they made when they were in a relationship. That's what I got after watching that MV more than hundred times and reading tons of comments and reviews from Koreans. Sorry for the long comment I just wanted you to know that BIGBANG has very deep meaning in all their crazy looking MVs. BIGBANG never clarified or confirmed anything so we don't actually know what they meant. Nevertheless the 'sticky rice cake' actually means having sex. Why? As I mentioned earlier, there's this Korean folk tale where an immortal rabbit pounds rice on moon to make rice cakes. The sound produced while pounding rice is similar to two people having sex, so the direct meaning of the whole MV including 'chapssalteok' is sex as I mentioned in the beginning. I was just explaining the other meaning behind it.❤️

Trust me you will not find another kpop group like Bigbang. They are just legendary in their own way and own right. No one has been able to snatch this from them till now and will never be able too in the future.

Bigbang was never the typical boyband. They pulled in majority of their fans through their music the their charms. They have paved so many roads for kpop and kmusic in general. I know theyve gone through a lot. Been a rollercoaster ride for vips too. We grew older and all that But they will always be kpop legends. I dare say they are one with most impact in how kpop is today.

Hello VIPs! This song and Loser really fascinated me so I decided to write down the full meaning of this MV as I see it. I tried really hard even though I'm not a VIP. So here I go! Even though it has sexual innuendo,this MV has a deeper meaning. At the beginning, GD is dressed in those silly clothes with a backpack which represents that he is still "a child" and he just noticed the opposite sex, he sees the girl as an angel because it's his first crush. Taeyang represents the youthfull love, the beginning of a relationship, hence the cherry blossoms which actually represent how life is passable due to their short time of "living" (only 2 weeks) so could be showing young love but they wont be young like that forever. The horse is a symbol for a journey, probably life journey. TOP with the flowers; that's where love is more mature in life, when you're ready to settle down. The giant orchid actually is a symbol of pubescence (means you're mature enough for intercourse), purple roses represent enchantment and love at first sight, sunflowers represent loyalty and nourishment, and there is also some red roses which represent ofcourse love and passion. A few white roses are also there and white roses are traditional wedding flowers. So to sum it up his part represents marriage and starting a family (the baby at the end of his part). Daesung represents the time when you already settled down long ago, he is on an island and islands represent save havens, so he is "safe" with the person (the girl), they are safely connected to each other. Also, there is a palm on the island and palm trees represent peace, so they're in a peacefull time of their life journey. Sand spilling represents the time passing by. And then we come to Seungri, and first he lights a match, fire represents fear and destruction, it could be a symbol for the end of the journey and fear of death. He and the girl also have white hair which means that they have finished their life journey together. And the purple rose withering is ofcourse death. After that they're all flying over the moon, and the moon is a symbol for rhythm of time and also the symbol of the soul, which means when your time is done your soul leaves for heaven (or whatever you believe in). While rice represents fertility, it also represents a connection between the Earth (man) and heaven (God, or something else you believe in), so at the end it's them enjoying their afterlife. Hope I didn't miss anything or bore you with this long explanation, I just love their new songs so much^^

Seriously, they're so fancy and crazy and don't even care, many artists would be scared to do "weirds stuff" like this but personally I think Big Bang has a special talent to make everything a masterpiece, to make everything fun and that's what I call talent. Respect for them, this is original, this is fun, this is music.
