Okay, so here's what I got from the comments and my own interpretation: The rotations of the screen symbolize the movement of hands in a clock. Also, GD is sitting on the hand of a clock. He's also sitting at a very high place, signifying how BigBang are the top band in Korea right now. The people passing by without giving them a glance are normal people who don't really care about BigBang and will continue on in their lives, probably thinking that BigBang were just some legends of the past. They also represent people from the military, who are strangers with their personality masked by the plastic bags they are wearing on their heads. Seungri is standing in a doorway with the departure sign behind him, as if he is hesitant to leave and join the people who have already left and have moved on from BigBang. Daesung is standing in front of a theatre, representing how these past ten years they had been up on the 'stage' and out in the spotlight. But then the theatre breaks down showing how their time as a band is over, and the papers flying around Daesung are like the scripts to a play, probably representing their memories as a band. TOP is alone in a cold and dark place because he will have to leave the band and his fans to go to the military, which is an unfamiliar place shrouded in darkness. Taeyang is in a place which is falling apart, representing the end of their time together. When everything goes in reverse, it shows them wishing that they could go back in time so they don't have to say goodbye. The little children of course refer to BigBang when they were just starting out and were carefree and didn't have to worry about things such as disbanding. The girl that GD hugs symbolizes us VIPs, since we will be the only ones who truly remember BigBang. GD dances with the girl one last time as a thank you to the fans for staying with them for so long. He leaves his place at the top and struggles through the crowd of people to reach the VIPs, meaning that even though they might not be the top band, they will always be there for their fans. He also runs away with the girl, signifying how unwilling he is to part with the VIPs. Also, you can hear fan cheers from BigBang concerts in TOP's part in the end. This song is called 'Last Dance' because it's their last song as a five-member group; their last song as the BigBang that we've come to love.

When T.O.P starts singing we all had the same reaction me and my best friend re-watched that part because we just were not ready for him to slay us also his jaw line could literally cut my throat

This song is actually dedicated to vips, the girl GD is hugging they don't show her face because she represents the VIPs.. that's why when he hugs her the sound of vips cheers start playing at the background.. The LAST DANCE i guess represents the last album/last time with the fans as 5 before the enlistments....TOP sings last and it's the highlight of the song along with those deep lyrics because he's the first one to enlist and I believe that crying scene is lowkey real... This shit is so sad, BIGBANG making you feel emotional and shit I just can't :'(

Okay im sry if im wrong idk but i think the reason they were walking opposite of crowds and were looking back to when they were kids is because im pretty sure they r leaving it and leaving the crowds (busyness/fame) this is the last MV (other then Fxxk it) they will make until TOP gets back from his military enlistment. in the end you see TOP watching GD with the girl hanging and how TOP had a smile and was crying is because he see that they will be okay or they will have company while he is gone (idk its my assumption) Its their last song for a while hence the name Last Dance. Now i feel like Fxxk It was about how they r living it up and partying before it all ends (TOP leaving) dont quote me because it is what i assume it is about not what i am positive it is about.
