it was actually told that while top is focusing on own things, he is still planning on coming back to sing on bigbang songs if needed and time is there, so it is not really a true goodbye

BIGBANG are giants of k-pop and respected even in the k-hiphop scene (which tends to dislike idol groups). this was (so far) their last comeback as a full group and, as many fans felt, it seemed like a goodbye. but then again, BIGBANG is full of surprises, they usually suddenly come out from the darkness to drop a hit without any prior warning. they did it in 2015 with the MADE series, and again with Still Life in 2022. so some fans (myself included) like to think that they might just up and do that again sometime in the future, so we consider this song not so much a goodbye as much as a "see you later". Still Life reminisces on their young years and flourishing 17 years of successful career, at the same time as it looks forward to the future, theirs as a group and also as individuals. the song's name in korean is "Spring Summer Winter Fall" (as said by the lyrics). it can represent the passage of the years (their career), or a season for each member, maybe? who knows, maybe both. G-Dragon is an incredible lyricist and likes to put hidden meanings, messages and wordplay in his writing (he truly writes like a poet). glad you checked this out, it's a beautiful song, i'd recommend you see more of them if you liked it.

I love big bang even though I didn't know of them until 2020 I love the music and I become a fan of fan of Taeyang through Bts I listen to Big Bang a lot I was 27 when they debuted I just wish I had known earlier and then I could of been a Vip. It's not only Top has left their is 3 members left big band won't disband Top will still make music you got to remember how young he was when he joined big bang 16 years in a group is along time I can't imagine how tough it must of been for him to leave but he left last year. He just only said it this year he left.
