Carlo Werkmann Yes, but not for rear delts every day and not 100 reps. I need to bring up my upper back particularly my lower traps and rhomboids, as well as hamstrings, and rear delts so I do 50 rear delts flies with 5lb plates, then the next day I'll do 100 air squats or 50 good mornings with an empty barbell, going slow, and focus on form and using the hamstrings throughout the movement, and the last day is 50 bent over barbell rows with an empty barbell wide-grip, with slow reps, holding at the top, pulling the elbows up, and squeezing the scapulas and rhomboids while looking up to hit the traps too. All of these are done before 20 minutes of moderately-intense cardio (gradually build up for 12ish minutes, should get a little out of breath and hold that pace for 5 minutes, with a 2 or 3 minute cool down). I use these feeder workout for the purpose that Rich is mentioning in these videos, but I'm also using them to create a small stimulus/ volume because they will come in to play in your other lifts throughout the week which will only bring them out more. Also make sure you are doing your mobility, I like to stretch the hips, ankles, and shoulders and all of their supporting muscles in order to stay mobile and healthy, and doing this after your cardio is good because you are warmed up, loose, and stretching won't feel so shitty as it would any other time throughout the day. I do the weight training in the morning, with yoga as a warm up, and then I do the feeder workouts and cardio at night with stretching (backwards but it doesn't matter what time you do your cardio as long as you stay consistent and plan your meals accordingly). Im following the program, but im doing it naturally though, so i guess you can say i follow the program 25%. I mean, i will prob get 25% or even less of the results that rich or anyone else doing his cycle is getting lol. The program itself is great though

Anybody else feel the need to help Rich Piana out with the technical issues? I mean, it's a very easy fix, but he decides to buy a whole new mac all in one pc. The disk is full because recordings take up a lot of hard drive space. All you had to do is buy an external hard drive for like $100 and transfer the recording that you don't need to there. But I guess since you're wealthy, money isn't an issue, especially when it's more of a convenience to buy something new.
-RICH PIANA EPISODE 6 - OH HELL YA!! I HIT 290 TODAY!! Straight Killin it and put on 14 pounds in 9 days!! Yes a lot of water weight but things are lookin pretty fuckin good!! There will be no videos this weekend sat and sun but everyone needs to stick to their programs!! The vacuums will be done 2x a day and we will be adding another meal starting Monday!! So 5 meals and post workout shake and vacuums 2x a day, 20 min of cardio and feeder workouts every night! 3 sets of 100 rep side laterals superset with 100 rep bent over rear laterals! Today's workout was back and tomorrow will be arms 3 exercises for tri's and 3 for Bi's shooting for an insane pump!! Then Monday will be shoulders and calves!! I want to hit 300 by the end of the next week!!
I met Rich Piana today at the gym, just about 15 minutes ago and he was training also filming for tomorrow. I have to tell you this guy is legit, he's more fun to look at in person. Most importantly this guy will say hello to you as if he already knows you, but best of all he doesn't make you feel as if you're bothering him. I've met many people that you'll refer to as a public figure but no one is as down to earth as him. He is freaking genuine, and that's why I appreciate him so much.

He was standing waiting to go and off camera, I tapped him on the shoulder and he said " What's up Bro " not stand offish at all! He opened up to talk and see what I had to say, I told him I'm loving this series and he started laughing and said thank you so much! Then I said bye, he's really what you call a gentle giant. Yeah, BUT: Getting an editor means that you need to get someone to come over to the house and get the raw footage and he has to manage exactly how he wants it etc. Managing is work too, and it almost takes as long time as the editing itself! OR: He had to get the raw data and upload the raw footage to get it done remotely. Then he has to manage what's being done, get sent over drafts etc. It's literally more time consuming if you already have some basic editing skills.
What is mostly ignored and what has propelled Rich through his ascent to the top of online and fitness industry is his speaking and pronunciation abilities in front of a camera with no editing and his frank manner of tone. He is credited for helping many young internet weaklings in their English speaking abilities through emulation
