Hey bro the noodle dish you ate is different to bun cha. The sauce for bun cha is a lot more lighter and they give you more to slowly dip your noodles and meat in. But the vermicelli salad you just pour the whole sauce onto it, the sauce is more stronger then the one for bun cha.
