Allah huma barik. So heartwarming watching brothers training and enjoying themselves. Love the energy. I'm trying to get back into calisthenics. I find it difficult to fit in with gym training, as I feel my tendons get fatigue and don't want to risk injury. Inshallah one step at a time🇬🇧

Deze vid was echt super leuk, maar ik moet het zeggen aub vraag je marokkaanse broeders to hook you up met wat pure olijfolie uit Marokko, want die olijfolie van de AH is niet te vreten man. Pure olijfolie is duurder sws, maar echt het is zo veel beter en lekkerder. Je hebt genoeg connecties met broeders, ik dacht ik laat je weten wat je mist, misschien zal je er later baat bij hebben in sha Allah
