Little advice on the strap that you're never gonna read...you should make the customer do it. "I can't buy these unless the strap is openable, and I'm afraid to. Could you open it for me?" Cheers, mate!
@@shawnfiemann4108 It's a known thing, those straps get brittle. Keep watching and you'll learn. And the point is, if you know or think it's going to break, like Rami did, then just ask the customer to open it. They can't be mad at you if they break their own shit.
