yea these changes made tanks over all more op, but cho still has some underperformaneces, it seems like cho rework gonna be a blast!

I mean, Cho is still really good in long games, but there are tanks that do a better job, mainly due to their kits, most Tanks are excellent teamfighters, with kits that allow them to peel for carries or hard engage into the enemy, or both, Cho does not have those tools, while he can certainly tank more damage than anyone else once he reaches a certain point, with champions like Ornn or Maokai, you dont need to tank as much damage because you have enough setup to let your team deal as much damage as necessary.

@@gastonzamora4985 I personally think sion manages to tank more dmg than cho'gath usually, his W passive is very fun

the reason cho under performs in WR% is due to the heavy incentive and ability to get kills. the gold that would normally go to the bursty dmg role is instead funneled into a immobile tank. sadly the best part about cho is also the worst. if they gave cho mobility of any sort he would become god, but as he is now he relys on poor enemy dodging to win the game.

@@petrusv8752 The problem is that you cant really give mobility to a champion that not only scales infinitely on his tankiness, but that said hp scaling also directly enhances his ult true damage

+1 I got 120 dmg per sec on sunfire when playing chog + this item still have stackable dmg soo at max stacks sunfire have 60% more dmg.

And demonic. Get like 250 AP from it with that much health.

@@tomaszproblem4875 I went to practice tool and stacked myself up to just under 16k and sunfire damage was 404 I believe. And demonic gave me 270 ap

@@felicianonatalini chog r scales with ap and health along with all of his other abilities. I usually take titanic on tanks but cho and Zac are the exceptions

I was thinking that, like at that point if you sold the a few items for demonics, Titanic, and sunfire, keep Heartsteel obvi, Abyssal and do force of nature for movespeed…the hp scaling synergy lol

He could've just anathema chained the mf and fully built mr, ignoring the damage of the whole enemy team and building fon and abyssal

He got lucky with the matchup. Most fed member was Sylas who had to go melee range on him. 2nd most fed was MF which was low mobility ADC. That was why he didn't have to build the dmg items and instead went full tank. The other three all had to go in close either way, so yeah, ChoGath dream matchup right there. It would've been hell if he had to fight range. Still nice video showing power of the combo but kinda think this wouldn't have been this close if enemy team just played macro.

@@Mori-man demonic doesn't even give that much hp. Now it's more an ap item them a bruiser mage item. And on liandry's. I'm talking about the burn. Along with the shadow flame. Those are giving bonus to each other. Since the liandry's is half amount of the demonic burn it gives a small bonus. Plus the shadowflame magic pen burn gives a buff to the burns. So if not these 3 together, demonic barely usefull.

@@GhoulBandit Shit your serous! I can't believe it. 450 is actually generally considered a lot of HP for an item, mate. The burn isn't a negative, but it's also not needed to build it. Getting that much AP on an item that gives more HP than most tank items is enough, holy shit!
