Completely agree, buy the original and support the companies that did the development. Rapala has minimal invested, just copied companies such as OSP. Missile and Spro are guilty of the same, copied Deps coverskat. These companies should do joint releases not copy.
@@robertball2460 It comes out to like $7 shipped for the Original OSP DoLive Beaver, which I bet has way better action that these Rapala knock off's. If you buy them at a US tackle shop you'll end up paying like $10 for a 6 pack. IDK, I just ship them straight from Japan along with BFS specific gear, which you can't find here anyway. Rapala is going to be selling the Knock Off city brand in Walmart and big box stores like that. That's what makes this intellectual property stealing so gross.
I really hope Rapala collaborated with Hog Farmer and the small bait companies from Japan who created these lures. Otherwise this is the biggest knock off cash grab by Rapala. I'm not really digging a huge company just copy cat'ing a whole "new" line of baits.
