Actually it was cuz if u do alot of running (cardio) it reduces muscle mass after while. The game was ahead of its time, gta v has nice graphic but is garbage that only catered to kids who pay for online
@@Arman-ch5vi Lol although the game is fantastic with the best map and story in the series (for me atleast) the devs definitely did not intend it that way, your muscles decrease when you have no fat (that is, when you stop eating in-game for a long time)

2000-2010 was peak gaming, kids these days mostly play online games and rage at each other, back then we were just randomly roaming around with k rose on and loved every minute of it.
