Level 7 could not be trusted because he ate level 9 in a previous dimension. Level 7 was an ordinary level, just like the rest of them. Every day he would bring his friends to a bar to buy them drinks. After years of planning and gaining their trust, level 7 tied up multiple levels that had gotten drunk enough to pass out. He dragged them to a small warehouse that he had constructed in the woods. In fact, the warehouse was so far away from civilization that you could not walk there on foot. After bringing the other levels to his warehouse he shook them until they woke up. As the levels woke up, they realized they were no longer in the bar, and tried to free themselves from the ropes. Level 7 got angered by this, and decided to decapitate level 11. This enraged the others, and they overwhelmed him with attacks. Just when they thought he was dead, level 7 pulled an axe out of a small bag and stuck it in level 9’s head. This is why you never trust 7. He is behind bars for life.
