In Yellowstone and Tetons now having a good time. Been traveling since 6/1/23 from Florida to the Arctic and working our way back. South then East then South. Guys good great. Have fun guys!
We were camping at Teton and Yellowstone a month ago and enjoyed many of the same areas and will say that you covered it very well and our sprinter van Thor sanctuary was quite comfortable for sleeping, but we brought the wife’s forerunner so the grandchildren could sleep in it to reduce the issues with tents and occasional rain showers. Enjoy your blog, and I am now considering a trailer for behind the sprinter because of the lack of storage and the convenience of a separate tent for grandchildren or friends guests, etc..
You guys area great team. My Laura and I have been married for 35 years this fall. Its not always pretty but if you don't talk about it you can't fix it. Communication is key! We are planning to hit the road when we retire. Stay safe and you will see me in the next one!

My wife and I are really looking into buying a large 5th wheel camper to live in so we can travel the country so she can travel nurse. I think it'll be pretty cool but don't have a clue what I'll do for work. Luckily travel nurse pay is ridiculous. Definitely going to have to build out a powerstroke to pull the camper too. Was pretty cool seeing a vid about "living" in close quarters. Gonna have to take some notes.

No matter what permit you have, there's a crazy patchwork of states you will have to avoid. Or where you may be allowed to transport it, secured and stiwed, but not stop for anything but gas. Even with provisions for retired law enforcement...plan on highly constrained travel if you carry.

Not gonna lie, it looks beautiful. But I have two reasons fir not going to Yellowstone, personally: 1. in some tv show, I heard thag we are near the required threshold to cause a massive eruption of the magma reservoirs underneath the Yellowstone Caldera because lately holds more magma than previously estimated. 2. And even when this threshold it is measure in many years, more than decades, easily hundreds or maybe even a couple of thousands years.......With my luck, I'm not willing to risk it with my presence there, not just for me, but for the poor animals there. (It's like the conspiracy theory about Tayllr Swift's romance with Travis Kelce. You know, probably she just likes him, and is not about changing the results of Google's web search about her expensive, polluting private jet's vain travels.......But no one can deny that her presence there in that jet's game was the trigger of a chain reaction that culminated in that conspiracy eruption. I mean, small things can have non-linear impacts on a complex system......like the presence of a person in a place. Why risk the butterfly effect? 😊)
