We loved visiting the brand new, largest Whole Foods on the East Coast! They had several local restaurants including a ramen bar, a tandoori grill, and a doughnut shop. Not to mention the bar and arcade upstairs. Lots of gluten-free, vegan, and allergen-friendly options! There were many, fun and amazing amenities and we highly recommend a visit!
We visited on 11/2/19 & 11/3/19 & tried:
A Poursteady pour over with the Ethiopian single-origin
A slice of breakfast pizza with bacon, egg, and cheese
A strawberry sourdough Curiosity Doughnut
Three Yays:
The coffee was great, huge step up from the typical Whole Foods coffee. The auto pour-over machine was really fun to watch! Reasonably priced.
Curiosity Doughnut was fluffy, tangy, and sweet. The deep-fried aspect made it a touch rich first thing in the morning but it was still good!
The produce area was very spacious, the butcher was well stocked with dry-aged steaks, and the energy was high!
Three Nays:
Parking was a little confusing at first but when you go to the back of the building it's easily accessed and free.
The doughnut place did not offer any allergen-friendly options, not sure about the other restaurants.
It was a brand new store so there wasn't much not to like...
