@@caravandaysout6744 We visited the place with a lot of expectations. This place was supposed to be our best accommodation during our trip to few other places including Bijanbadi. To share my experience of my stay let me start by sharing a little about this place. The resort is run by a family who take care of all the aspects from check-in desk to ensuring one gets other services like travel arrangements. The negatives about this place are - There is frequent powercuts and the generator back-up is inadequate to provide supply to all the rooms. If the occupancy is high the generator will fail. - It's best to avoid taking any reference from here for anything. They had made very poor travel arrangements for us which played a spoilsport during our trip. - One can see waste while walking towards their room and also along the river sides. In fact there is a blue sheet covering waste dumped at the property on the way towards one of their rooms which also happens to be a tree house. - As soon as you enter the room the stench from the toilet hits you really hard that you may feel like puking immediately. The stink lingers during your stay no matter what you do. - One can expect to see worms, lizards and insects given the location. - The chairs on the treehouse balcony are stained. - Not sure if it's the heavy workload but management apathy is evident. Not only customer complaints are ignored but also the owners don't miss an opportunity to give a piece of their mind to guests who complain. - One shouldn't expect great connectivity at the resort. There is no provision of any entertainment in the rooms. So after sunset one has very little to do and would do well to carry their own entertainment be it cards, board games or ipads (one shouldn't expect power availability here). - Inadequate toiletries are provided. Only soap and one towel is provided. - One needs to purchase drinking water here. There is no complimentary water available. There is a kettle but no coffee or tea sachets. - The roads leading to the property are horrible What's okay but can be improved - - Food is okay at best. You don't have any other options either. You can still manage with what they offer. The reviews in Facebook and few other platforms where this property is listed are moderated so one doesn't find the true story there. The page owners have the habit of deleting/not approving critical reviews. Same. Last week we stayed there and there was no electricity whole night. They supply water direct from the river which is very very dirty and unhygienic. Also there was no ceiling fan in all the rooms. Only 1 stand fan was there in a 4 bed room. The place is nice but the resort is awful.Also their behaviour is also very bad.
