Welcome to Bijou’s Be Well Series - Day 01!
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we are embarking on a 21 Day Zentangle Journey with our dear friend Bijou. During this challenge, we will delve into one tangle on one 3Z tile each day.
We invite you to find 15-20 minutes each day to tangle along with us, Bijou, and the Zentangle Community, allowing your pen to soothe your soul.
Tangle along with Julie as she guides you through the 1st video in this series, featuring the tangle #doodah.
This video series has no verbal instructions. Enjoy the sounds of tangling or put on your own peaceful tangling tunes.

You have no idea how much I appreciate the solitude.............so glad you have eliminated the talking. This is so much more relaxing without all the chatter. I hope to see more lessons that are QUIET once this bijou series is over!

@@kathykult1728more quiet episodes doesn’t mean NO talking. :) I do agree that this is being quite relaxing to watch. It’s a nice change of pace from so many videos with voiceover, or music. Although I would LOVE it if Rick would play some of his flute music as background sometime!

Thank you for a wonderful start of the 21 days! I will be away from my regular tangle spot for big parts of the series, but Bijou and all my tools will travel with me! I'm guessing the videos will be released about the same time every day, in the early evening here in Sweden, so I know this will be a part of my bedtime routine. Oooh, I can already see myself at the kitchen table in my mum's little cottage, overlooking the alvar and the sea, drawing my tangles, enjoying the sun being up late!

I feel like a kid who just got her long awaited heart's desire ... and a bit giddy with happiness!! My very first official project pack arrived by mail 2 days earlier than anticipated. I am beyond grateful for the gift of Zentangle and the impact it is having in my life. Thank you Bijou and my newfound CZT friends who are teaching me daily the benefits of this wellness focus. I love this year’s Be Well series for Mental Health Awareness Month! It is very calming. However, I also love & thoroughly enjoy all your encouragement & reminders to take your time. I have found it helpful to make a screenshot of those variations at the end. That way I can study them at my leisure.

I did not find this very relaxing - sorry. It was all done so quickly. Perhaps I have not read the introduction properly. I truly love zentangle but not at this speed. Perhaps as the series goes on I will appreciate it more. I do not mind the quiet but it would be good to have explained how she was doing the line filling. I realised there was some twinkle involved, I think. Only my opinion I am sure everyone else is fine with it.
