This bike was really easy to assemble ru-vid.comUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.
FB Marketplace, Craigslist/gumtree/Kijiji or your local alternative, that sorta thing. used parts are always cheaper, but you gotta be careful and have a good eye for damage on said parts. If you really want some new stuff though, and are in Europe, I've had great luck with Wiggle, just recently got a Selle Italia SLR TM Flow saddle for like 35EUR instead of the regular 135EUR price. And as always, support your local bike shop and look for deals there too.
I built a Dloan FXE like this, except it was the blue frame, I used a planet x carbon fork that happened to be exactly the same colour, bull horn bars and halo wheels. I got the gearing just as I wanted it and a few weeks later it was stolen.
