Another good source for trailer wheels with heavy load rating is old wheelchairs, you can get them with solid rubber wheels that won't can't get flats, their axels are usually 3/4" or greater at least then 1/2" axels.

Neat job its messy stuff. What a shame its hard to get coroplast, its so versatile but I don’t think it is as strong as fibre glass.
