BIKE NIGHT IS BACK!

Hello there, as we're approaching summer time, the local bike nights are starting to pop off again. This week I head to my local bike night hosted at The Coach & Horses Pub in Cadnam, Southampton. Ive been obsessing over bikes for about 5 years. This is my year, finally got my cbt booked for next week then direct access after that. Cant wait to be riding.

@FrazerAndrewsMotoVlogs do you think a cb650r is a bad idea for a first bike? I'm thinking I'll be doing my tests on nothing smaller than a 600, so to get something smaller I think I'll get bored of it maybe.

@@GT.Bugger it's a hard one to answer to be honest dude. Starting on a bigger bike with no experience with motorcycles could be a recipe for disaster. There's not a lot of room for error. That said, it has been done before. I'm not going to tell you to go ahead and do it because if something bad happens then I'll feel responsible. Your best bet is to speak to your instructor when you do the direct access and see what they think about it. They'll see how you ride and will be able to deduce if you're capable of starting on the 650R 🫶🏻🤘🏻

How come you went with the XSR over the MT? Did you ride both or just decision based on looks?

Basically yeah man. I wanted the go for something bigger than my mt07 and the 09 made the most sense but to me, I don't like the transformer looking bikes if you get me🤘🏻

Fair play man I get that. At least they’ve made the light cluster a bit sexier on the MT09 this year, people are calling it iron man rather than transformer 😂
