knights key rv resort is now the site of isla bella beach resort. We stayed there back in Dec 2016 just before it closed. We just picked up our Luxe 5th wheel the month before, that we still have and now fulltime in. We were new at booking RV sites at the time and forgot to ask if they had full hookups. We had no sewer. We had our at the time 18 and 21 year old daughters with us that trip. We were being pumped twice a day.
Thanks for sharing this video I really enjoyed it. I was their about 26 years ago with my family. I want to go back again since I retired thinking around Feb, or March of next year.
Great video guys and it looks like you had a great time! I lived in Florida for the last 20 years in the Tampa Bay area, but recently moved back to my hometown in north Alabama. I was a truck driver for about 7 years, and have delivered to Key West before. Man, you want to talk about maximum anxiety! I accidentally went around the wrong side and ended up around the bar district. Anyone who's been down there know that it's almost impossible to get a semi,(with a 72 inch sleeper), with a 53 ft trailer through there! Especially with all of the cars lined up on each side of the street. I made it luckily made it through without hitting anything, including the power and cable lines that hung low over the roadway. The strangest thing that I wasn't expecting though, was the weigh station that is located between the first set of islands! If you are going south, you have to pass it and go for about a mile before you have to turn around and head back north in order to go through the station. Once you get weighed and given the green light, you have to exit the station and go north until you are able to turn around, yet again, and begin heading south like you were originally. Either way, I'm glad you guys are doing well and thanks for providing such great content! Cheers from Alabama!
I am a Floridian, originally from Miami, yet had never spent any time in the keys. Hubby and I spent two weeks at Jolly Rogers. Did all the biking trails, paved and not paved. Loved it! Planning on making it an annual trip. The sunsets are so amazing!
Thanks for sharing about the walk and bike bridge at Pigeon key, that was awesome. Can’t wait to go ourselves. Also we have driven by that fort many times and never stopped. We loved the tour and will make it a future stop.
My family and I go to Key West each year. Next time ya'll go you should try The old town bakery in the morning. Everything is made on sight, I love there blueberry Danish but they have several other flavors also.
Christine remembers them shutting down the old seven mile bridge when they hauled/towed their mobile home across it when her dad got his new duty station assignment. She says it was hauled by the truck/tractor from a tractor trailer. From Virginia to Key West and back to Virginia. She likes every detail about your videos in the Keys.

Love the location videos! We’ve been to Key West several times. It’s always fun. We’ve anchored our boat off of Bahia Honda and spent the night. Beautiful waters and beaches.
The area where you were trying to find a parking space at the north end of the seven mile bridge is where Arnold Schwarzenegger took off in the jet in True Lies.

I can't wait to try the keys. But we won't be able to stay too long, because I know it gets full and very pricey. But maybe a couple of weeks would be nice. Instead of an Ohio winter.

Last time I was there about 10 or so years ago learned that the cemetery is the highest point on the island a whopping 13 feet above sea level. Me thinks it wouldn't be a good place to be in a hurricane. So does Off the Hook enforce their dress code during Fantasy Fest? Inquiring minds want to know. Keep the good stuff coming guys.

Never been to the Keys. The Old Seven 🌉 on🚲🚲 DAT must have been fun! The crossing scared me half to death though 😳. Did Chad some how get hurt? Tara is the best editor there is.
