I just have one question, as far as i know bikes use a magneto based ignition system, where the sparking voltage is directly generated by the alternator like you showed. Cars use battery based ignition system, where the spark voltage is generated by the battery itself. Is this what you talk about when explaining DC based and AC based CDI system at 02:38? Or is CDI not used in battery based ignition system at all? Also would battery based ignition require more capacity from the battery, therefore jump starting a car would be more power demanding than jump starting a bike? I'm asking this because I'm contemplating taking my bike battery with me whenever i go on a long drive in my car in case the car battery goes down. I wonder if jump starting the car battery with a standalone bike battery is even feasible. Thanks for the awesome videos bro!
If you calculate power needed to jump start ,means you have to rotate flywheel of car at atleast 100 rpm, this power needed will be much higher than at that time your bike's battery's stored power. Battery is used to supply power to Self starter motor, that uses high ampere current suddenly. ignition system is not directly related to battery for all time and for all model. Ofcouse battery enhances smother and constant power supply to ignition system. Regulator rectifier and battery in a combined way supply current to primary coil of Ignition coil. This primary coil's current was supplied through rotating magnet in magneto ingition system. thanks for watching. Stay tuned with channel for more upcoming videos.

My motorbike is a 2000 XR650R & is street legal but the wiring has no battery instead power direct from the Magneto & there's a compasotor behind the headlight "what's a compasotor doing there if there's already one in the CDI?

clutch plate को इंजन के साथ इंगेज और disengage करके इंजन के द्वारा बने पावर को अंततः पहिए तक भेजा जाता है,,बंद पड़े इंजन के लाइफ पर, clutch engagement का कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता।
Without battery can we directly take the electricity to the regulator and to cdi and sprark plug ? But i think we cannot power headlight inicator speedometer and more But i only need to start the engine so can i do it directly?
Mere paas Karizma R bike hai. Bina battery ke kick se araam se start ho jati hai par battery lagane ke baad na to kick se na to self start hoti hai. Battery new dalne k baad bhi same problem.

बेसक वोल्टेज अधिक होता है, परंतु current अर्थात Ampere बहुत कम होता है। इतना कम की हमारे बॉडी का resistant आराम से इसे रोककर करेंट को बहने से रोक देता है। जब करेंट बॉडी से होकर बहेगा नही तो असर नहीं दिखेगा। और बेसक छूने पर झटका लगता ही है।

Yes..Taki capacitor m na ja sake. Jab capacitor m jana band hota hai,tavi capacitor khud m store current ko release (chor) pata hai. Yani hame capacitor m current jane se rokna hota h, esliye ground m vej diya jata h.
