Over fourth of July weekend 2024, Rob and I made some last minute adjustments to our plan and rode the Olympic Adventure Route and Cowichan Valley 8 Loop. We met up with Rob (Salty Beard) in Victoria and got a grand tour.
Big thanks to Salty for the beer and showing us around! Check out his channel: / saltybeardbikepacking

Underrated YT bike-packing channel here! Seeing the progression in filmmaking/storytelling is awesome.

It is difficult to remain positive when it is gloomy, cold outside and the coffee is still in bean form.

@YetiAdventure
Welcome to Canada fellas!
@donusmc1
New sub and a Portland native. I’m working towards doing some bike packing this year when the weather improves but in the meantime I’m trying to ride as far and as often as I can. Very curious about your bikes, the what’s and why’s of your setup. If you haven’t covered it previously I’d love to see that (however brief) in a future episode. Loving all your videos and it’s providing me with so much fuel and inspiration. You guys rock!
@curtbrown7967
