6:25 I’ve done something like this before a few years ago! This man is a damn hero and has slightly restored some of my faith in humanity. I gave a elderly man a ride that was trying to walk home from the dollar store, he was going to be walking on the shoulder of a highway where most people were going a minimum of 75 mph, plus my best Bros mother had literally been ran over and killed on that same highway about half a mile from where I picked him up from months earlier. I do speak some Spanish lol I own a commercial landscaping company and I’m from Texas so I know enough to get by and he spoke almost zero English so it was kinda awkward and quiet taking him to his house but it was one of the best feelings ever knowing I helped him just by being a decent human being and going 15-20 min out of my way. I know that the man that hit and killed my best Bros mother on that same highway his life was altered and so was his families life not to mention my Bros family. So I felt a moral duty to help him and we stayed in touch, he’s invited me to eat dinner at his house with his family on several occasions but I haven’t been back out that way in years now. One of these days I’m going to have to get back out there because he said his wife would make me some authentic Mexican food! My favorite food is Tex-Mex and I’ve had real Mexican food several times so I’m definitely gonna take him up on the offer!

Good call by the first biker. Adrenaline is an amazing thing but it is also super effective at masking symptoms. A big adrenaline dump also effects people in wildly different ways. Only thing I'd add is try to avoid giving fluids or food on scene until after they've been assessed. If there is internal injury that isn't obvious, the casualty might need emergency surgery and there is a big risk of fresh fluid and/or food in the stomach while under anesthetic. If they need water to wash out their mouth or insist they need to hydrate, keep control of the bottle and don't let them gulp down a bunch. As little as possible to wet their mouth and throat. It's safer to assume they're nil by mouth until they're properly assessed and clear. I'm ex RNLI and pulled a guy from the water who'd swam towards us as we arrived on scene. When we got him aboard we could see straight away his arm was badly broken in several places. He hadn't even noticed and had been trying to front crawl with an arm flopping around aimlessly. Dude went into shock before we even got him into the wheel house. He went from absolutely wired to lights out scary fast and the run back in monitoring, his heart rate and breathing was all over the place. The come down from adrenaline even if not injured can be rough too. A different shout that was intense and long hours and 2 of us basically collapsed on the deck just after we'd handed the casualties over to the ambulance crew shore side. I remember getting back on the boat for turn around and then next thing waking up in the hospital. Nothing physically wrong with either of us. Just wiped ourselves out and dehydrated. Ride safe everyone 😊

6:23 my grandpa tries to drive we took his keys he gets lost very easy he is 92. there needs to be a way to identify people that should not be out and about without a guide/ the biker did nothing wrong but i hope elder was okay
